What types of boats do you offer for rent?
Currently we only offer the Double Decker with Waterslide Pontoon Boat

Do I need a boating license to rent a boat?
Yes, you will require a boating license for the province to which we are renting out the boat. You will also need to be 25 years or older with a valid drivers license.

What safety measures are in place for renters?
The boat comes with all necessary safety gear, including boat not limited to flares, life jackets, fire extinguisher etc.

How do I make a reservation for a boat rental?
We offer two ways of renting our boat, Private or through a web platform called GetMyboat.

What is included in the rental price?
- Unloading and loading of the boat
- If you need life jackets they are available
- Safety Equipment
- Tube for towing behind boat
- floating matt (must request this)

Can I bring my own food and drinks onboard?
You can bring your own food and drinks aboard with some limitations.
- Only picnic style food (Sandwiches, snack foods/platter foods)
- No glass! Drinks or foods containers
- Absolutely no food or drinks that will stain

Are pets allowed on the rental boats?
During the booking process we will review what type, size and quantity you would like to have join you on the water. Typically smaller pets are usually allowed but we will have to approve beforehand.

What is the cancellation policy for boat rentals?
If you cancel 5 days previous to booking you will get a full refund, 2-4 days previous 50% refund, day of there will be no refund.

Is fuel included in the rental price, or is it an additional cost?
Fuel is not included in the rental price. You will receive the boat full, the amount of fuel used will be determined once the boat is brought back to the designated dock. The cost of the fuel will come off the damage deposit. Unless there is significant damage to the boat.

Are there any restrictions on where I can take the rental boat?
Currently the boat is moored and rented on Gull Lake, Ab. If you would like the boat at a different location we may be able to accommodate. These arrangements would have to be agreed upon prior to renting.

Do you offer captain or crew services for the rental boats?
The Rental is setup for No Captain, however arrangements can be made if you require a Captain.

What happens in case of bad weather or inclement conditions?
Unfortunately this is Alberta, if weather prevents you from enjoying your rental most of the time the rental funds are non-refundable. However, we are reasonable people, we will try our best to work within the circumstance that are presented to us.

How early should I arrive for my boat rental reservation?
30 minutes prior will get you out on the water having fun for your designated time.

Are there any age restrictions for renting a boat?
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent our boat. You also must hold a valid boating license and a valid drivers license.

Do you provide safety equipment such as life jackets?
We have a limited supply of basic life jackets. If you need certain sizes let us know, we have some kids and adult jackets.
